Overview
Stranger Soccer ( is a Singapore-based company experiencing growth. It has launched a revolutionary platform and Mobile App for on-demand football. It has amassed over 50,000 registered users playing hundreds of games a week and is expanding internationally via a license partner model with locations in Australia, India, USA, UAE, and South Africa.
Official Hosts serve as the game facilitator as well as brand ambassadors. We are seeking Official Hosts to host games throughout the week and occasionally assist in other ad hoc duties. You should have great people skills to ensure a positive game experience from arrival to departure.
Working Hours
Shifts will be assigned each week during the following timeframes:
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 1 pm, 4 - 9 pm, 6 - 11 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8 am - 1 pm, 1 - 6 pm, 3 - 9 pm, 6 - 11 pm
Working Locations
North - Yishun
West - Jurong, Turf City, Bukit Panjang
Central - City Hall, Somerset, Serangoon, Farrer Park, Balestier
East - Changi, Paya Lebar, Tampines
Key Responsibilities
Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games
Facilitate numerous football games around Singapore
Ensure an outstanding game experience from start to finish
Be ready to step in and play to cover for any no-show players or Hosts
Report issues back to Operations Management
Requirements
Fun, outgoing personality
Understanding of and passion for football
Excellent people and communication skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
