You will support the following tasks required to right site these violence-related calls: Engage caller to understand severity of situation Gather and verify information with other sources (e.g. schools, family members, relatives, government databases) Conduct risk and safety assessment for cases Determine response time and right-siting of cases Engage agencies to ensure warm
