Join to apply for the Domain Architect role at Nokia . In this role, you will provide senior‐level solution consulting services to customers. You will understand customers' business and technical needs, translate them into solutions, and design and execute complex integration, operations or performance solutions. You will manage a team for one of the Solution Areas, bring thought leadership in customer engagement, ensure quality delivery, track project KPI, and engage Nokia internal stakeholders across solution capabilities. Responsibilities Responsible for core domain project delivery. Support the Project Manager in delivery of projects and handling care‐related tasks. Accountable for initiating, creating and delivering project technical documents in accordance with customer and internal procedures; consult project stakeholders on all technical questions related to CPC, and manage project technical risks. Manage core projects technically on a daily basis, including task assignment and control of their execution, and coordinate work according to customer demands and expectations. Accountable for closing and following up all tickets raised towards Salesforce/4LS/R&D. Report project weekly updates to management, handover project care, and contribute to improvement of SCD DQ (Delivery Quality) KPI by reviewing the need to raise care cases. Key Skills and Experience Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in Core – IMS or Packet Core projects. Good knowledge of IMS or PaCo. Basic knowledge in PaCo or IMS. Experience with IMS Nodes (CFX, NTAS, SBC, MRF, NN) and Packet Core nodes (MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF). Knowledge or experience of Nokia IMS or Packet Core equipment. Capable of understanding Technical Notes, Protocol Specs and Method of Procedure. Local Singaporean born. Nice to Have Linux knowledge is an advantage. Kubernetes and CNF knowledge.
