Roles & Responsibilities Providing DAY 2 L1 support on network and WIFI Monitor, evaluate and solve potential Wi-Fi network performance issues . Able to perform troubleshooting and configuration on WiFi and Network issues, including routers and switches Manage basic infrastructure-related and other network requests and problems. Support customers via email, telephone and face to face interactions and meeting. Monitor and ensure that all fault tickets are resolved timely, and meet performance SLA. Document the resolution of incidents and problems.
