Java Backend Specialist Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you
You will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining scalable microservices using Java 8+ and Spring Boot. It is essential to apply design patterns, domain-driven design (DDD), and 12-factor principles while writing clean, modular, and testable code following SOLID and OOPS principles. Your role will involve implementing REST APIs, Spring Security, and JPA-based persistence. Collaboration across teams in an Agile environment, participation in code reviews, and sprint ceremonies are expected. You will utilize tools like Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube for CI/CD processes and deploy and maintain services in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS. In addition, your contribution to in-person interviews and fostering a collaborative team culture is crucial.The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java backend development and demonstrate proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, cloud concepts, and basic DevOps tools is required. Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, Spring Security, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and testing frameworks like JUnit is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. A full-time BE/BTech or PG degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and candidates must currently be based in Bangalore.Please note that the position is permanent with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office. The compensation ranges from 20-28 LPA for 5-9 years of experience and 30-38 LPA for 10-12 years of experience. Only candidates based in Bangalore are eligible, as they must attend an in-person interview. A joining bonus of up to 1 LPA is offered to immediate joiners within a week. The sourcing process will end on 8th August, 11:00 AM IST, and an in-person interview drive for shortlisted candidates will be conducted on 9th August, with all rounds held on the same day. Please note that the salary is fixed with no variable component.,
