Job Description

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for hands-on involvement in daily operations to understand and execute duties. You will undertake management trainings and responsibilities with a focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses, and shop profitability. You will also have exposure to kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Your primary focus will be on service and front-of-house operations, but you may be required to cover kitchen and back-of-house operations if necessary. You will enforce and ensure compliance to company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards within the store.

Additional ad-hoc duties based on operational needs may also be assigned to you.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about service and people. A diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred. You should be a good team player and self-motivated. You must also be able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
