Support Staff for Cinemas

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our cinema patrons.

  • Sell tickets and concessions to customers, handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide information about movies, showtimes, and other cinema services to guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the cinema, including the lobby, restrooms, and theatre areas.
  • Assist customers with special needs, ensuring equal access and opportunities for all.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit, upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform basic projection duties, operating equipment and adjusting settings as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and basic math skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to changing schedules as needed.
