Your Responsibilities as a Consultant, will be: Deliver on existing client mandates and support urgent hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism Develop tailored recruitment strategies by applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates through consistent, high-quality engagement Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: market mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement Execute targeted outreach campaigns and proactively recruit mid to senior-level professionals Stay on top of industry trends and provide market insights to clients and candidates Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, marketing, and operations What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling abilities, and business development skills Confidence engaging with senior-level professionals (Managers to C-level)High level of accountability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a bonus Open to candidates new to the recruitment industry who bring transferable skills and a passion for people and business What We Offer: Competitive base salary + industry-leading commission structure Clear, merit-based career progression to Manager/Director levels and beyond International, collaborative work culture and high-performance environment Comprehensive onboarding, training, and development programs Post-probation flexible work policy and hybrid setup Regular incentives, team events, and overseas conferences Whether you're an experienced recruiter or a professional looking to break into the executive search industry, CGP offers the tools, support, and culture to help you succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
