About the role CIAP Architects Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Executive/Architect to join their dynamic team. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high‐quality architectural projects for our esteemed clients. What you'll be doing Support senior architect and take on design and project management responsibilities for smaller projects Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and team members Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Conduct research and analysis for informed design decisions What we're looking for Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture More than 3 years of experience for Architect position is preferred Experience in design or project management of medium to large‐scale complex projects Familiarity with Contract Administration for Project Implementation Having experience in healthcare projects is a preferred advantage Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit are beneficial Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team Self‐driven with strong problem‐solving skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Registered or eligible for registration as a professional architect What we offer At CIAP Architects, we are committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative, and growth‐oriented environment.
