Art and Maker Space Teacher Accountable for the standards of teaching and learning and pupil progress in Art & Maker Space. This role sits at the intersection of art, design, technology, and problem‐solving. August 2026 – Singapore This is the only not for profit Jewish Primary and Secondary School in SouthEast Asia inclusive of a kindergarten and nursery, and the only International School in Singapore that began as an offshoot of grassroots community efforts. Reflecting the cultural diversity of Singapore, this is an internationally diverse community welcoming staff and students from around the globe. Families from all faiths are welcomed and the school is in a unique position to promote interfaith dialogue and cultural understanding. The school delivers a truly holistic education to its students, allowing all children to grow into fully rounded, socially responsible individuals with a love of lifelong learning. Teachers do not need to follow the Jewish faith – simply be sympathetic to all faiths followed in the school. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Degree or equivalent in a specialist subject or a related subject A proven track record of teaching and raising attainment of students in the development of Art skills 5 years' teaching experience preferred; however candidates with 2–4 years post‐qualifying experience may be considered Experience and familiarity with International Education is desirable Experience of teaching IPC/IMYC would be an advantage Salary and Benefits Monthly salary of $5,000 – $6,500 SGD depending on experience Housing allowance provided Flights at start and end of contract for self and up to 2 dependents Free tuition for up to 2 dependent children Local medical insurance for self and up to 2 dependent Excellent professional development Imagine living in Singapore — a vibrant, ultra‐modern city where East meets West and every day feels effortless.
