Job Title: Senior Wealth Intelligence Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on clients across various segments.

  • Conduct comprehensive Source of Wealth (SOW) analysis and validation to ensure narratives and supporting documentation meet regulatory requirements.
  • Assess and verify Source of Funds (SOF) where necessary, maintaining transparency and reasonableness.
  • Prepare clear rationales for SOW assessments in line with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Identify potential AML, sanctions, fraud, or reputational risks and escalate them to senior management or compliance as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve KYC-related queries efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving AML/KYC regulations and SOW standards across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Support audits, regulatory inspections, and periodic control testing by providing accurate KYC/SOW documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of KYC/AML experience within banking or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with SOW and SOF validation.
  • Excellent knowledge of CDD/EDD processes and relevant AML regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CAMS or equivalent AML certification preferred.
