The Team We're looking for a passionate DevOps engineer who is keen to learn, grow and bring his/her experience in a fast‐paced environment. Our infrastructure is managed as code using Terraform. Services run on Kubernetes across multiple AWS accounts in several regions. CI/CD, code, and vulnerability scans are fully automated. We work closely with developers and security teams. Typical tools include Terraform, Istio, ArgoCD, Kubectl, Jenkins, Helm, Grafana, Cloudflare, Redshift, and others. We focus on automation, quality, and achieve compliance with stringent security standards (PCI‐DSS, SOC2, ISO27001). The Role We're looking for a senior DevOps engineer with a true passion for DevOps, cloud, systems, automation, security, and several years of professional experience with technologies similar to the ones we use. Your Impact Propose and implement improvements related to scalability, automation, performance, CI/CD, self‐service for other teams, and cost optimization. Improve our API gateway, Service Mesh, event streaming, and observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Loki). Help deliver solutions to new partners. Implement security best practices across all infrastructure components. Help the whole team grow through your skills and experience. Who You Are Knowledge in Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD). Experience with AWS. Experience in automation, configuration, and infrastructure management tools. Knowledge of scripting and writing small utilities (shell, Python, Golang, etc.). Knowledge and interest in observability, networking, and databases (PostgreSQL, Redshift). Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Maintain system performance metrics and SLA compliance. Good problem‐solving and analytical thinking capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good communication skills; ability to collaborate with different teams.
