Technical Manager / Development Manager (MS Dynamics)Development manager / Solution Architect to manage a team of internal staff and external vendors for the MS Dynamic applications technical delivery of business solutions and new system capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a technical team with focus on delivering banking systems and solutions. Perform code reviews of the solution built and delivered by the external vendor before the code is deployed to higher environments. Setup Microsoft Dynamics application instances. Implement/Execute CI/CD process, which will also involve liaising with wider banking systems and teams to request / provide appropriate permissions which will also include raising CRQs / RFCs / Jira requests in various system. Follow all of the Change Management and Engineering Review processes. Ensure changes are completed according to the project and/or release schedule. Perform development and delivery of components (including but not limited to PowerShell Scripts, Batch Files, VB Macros, SQL Scripts) required for the Dynamics 365 implementation that falls within the scope of UOB's internal team. Manage technical delivery planning, tracking, deploying, testing, implementing and maintaining MS Dynamic. Implement Microsoft Dynamics application instance; analyze the impact on current/new system, research problems and design and implement optimal solutions. Maintain an awareness of the latest technological trends and developments in order to introduce new processes and products to make things better for the users. Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure application solution delivered comply with established enterprise application, security and control standards, design principles and guidelines. Partner with solution and enterprise architects to deliver technical innovations in support of emerging business needs and progressing these ideas from concepts to working solutions. Develop and maintain documentation which will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and Diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards. Involve in application technical design, development and review. Ensure that the systems built conform to the requirements, principles and models that support the solution architecture overall roadmap. Analyze the impacts on current system, research problems, design and implement optimal solutions. Maintain an awareness of the latest technological trends and developments in order to introduce new processes and products to enhance the application. Work with Testing team to formulate comprehensive system test strategy, test plan & test cases to align with project scope, quality requirements and targets. Involve in testing activities and assist to investigate/ troubleshoot issues. Streamline deployment processes and assist to formulate implementation and deployment plan for system cutover. Work with development team to deploy changes to test environments and Production. Lead pre-project planning activities for technical delivery (e.g. Project delivery plan/approach, cost estimation, resource plan). Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams on technical delivery and system maintenance. Key Requirements At least 10 years of experience in technical delivery and/or technology implementation. At least 5 years of experience in managing third party vendor relationships, onshore and offshore development teams to achieve business outcomes. At least 3 years of experience at managerial level or above delivering global IT capabilities. Experience in implementing large scale, highly available applications or other large project implementation using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration Experience with Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods such Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Test Driven Development. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid experience in requirements management, end to end requirements analysis, solutioning and system design, release management, security testing and performance testing. Solid experience in object oriented design techniques, UML and object modeling. Considerable experience in business process modeling and techno-functional design. Considerable experience with application setup and deployment on Microsoft Dynamics CRM application servers. Experience in designing and implementing integration with .Net C#, MQ, micorservices and Batch file. Experience with a variety of source control and development tools. Experience with both Windows and *nix based server environments and their permissions models. Experience with SQL databases MS SQL and Oracle. Experience with Application Servers such as IBM Websphere Application Server, JBoss EAP, Oracle weblogic. Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills) with a history of driving the development of large software components. Good business domain knowledge in Customer Onboarding, credit product and Telesales for retail customer segments is a plus. A Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related field with strong education in web/apps technologies.
