Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person.

  • You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will need to have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
  • You will also be responsible for processing orders, preparing daily sales reports, and handling inventory management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
