LEE & LEE seeks a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our esteemed Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department, led by Senior Counsel Mr Tan Tee Jim, S.C. as a Corporate and Transactional IP Legal Associate / Paralegal.

Key Responsibilties

. Advise on intellectual property law, media and entertainment law, information technology law, and telecommunication law.

. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements.

. Provide strategic guidance on IP management and commercialization to maximize client value.

. Collaborate with a dynamic team of IP experts to deliver tailored solutions to clients worldwide.

Candidate Requirements

. For the Legal Associate position, candidates must be qualified as Advocates and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of SIngapore.

. For the Paralegal position, candidates are required to have a Diploma in Legal Executive Studies. Candidates who do not possess this diploma but have relevant experience may still be considered.

. Candidates should also possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in transactional intellectual property (IP) or similar role.

. An exceptional command of written and spoken English, along with strong legal drafting skills.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships.

. Strong organization and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

. A proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

. Resourcefulness, proactivity, and adaptability to meet diverse client needs.
