Job Title: Visual Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Experience Designer to craft engaging visual content, design websites, and develop interactive experiences that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design stunning graphics, icons, videos, animations, 3D models, and interactive content to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Create easy-to-use websites, mobile apps, and other interactive platforms, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all devices.
  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations for use in web, video, and interactive projects.
  • Develop and manage custom websites with clean, responsive, and high-performing code.
  • Maintain and update digital content, including design, backend development, and integration of tools like CRM and analytics.
  • Improve user journeys and conversion by applying UX/UI best practices and making data-driven updates.
  • Set up and optimize multimedia plugins for features such as product builders, media uploads, or live previews.
  • E nsure all digital content works seamlessly on different devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual and web work aligns with project goals and brand strategy.
  • Support creative and technical projects, including marketing materials, photography, video, and interactive demos.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and planning for new features, campaigns, and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in gaming, multimedia design, or full-stack web development.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and interactive media projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with 3D software (like Cinema4D) and knowledge of techniques like masking, tracking, lighting, and modeling.
  • Proven experience in building and managing custom websites, ideally with WordPress.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend systems, and plugins.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI, web accessibility, and ways to improve website conversions.
