POLYTRON.AI, a subsidiary of VIZZIO, leads the way in AI-powered LIVE 3DTM camera technology with a patented special-purpose embedded chip that generates "360 3D Video," creating real-time virtual spaces. Together, we are here to revolutionize real‐time 3D technology. Our goal is to push the boundaries of real‐time 3D visualization, offering innovative tools that enhance user experience and operational efficiency across various industries. Role Overview The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving the growth of Polytron’s Live 3D 360 CCTV solutions, combining technical expertise with strong business acumen. This role bridges the gap between customer needs, technical solutions, and sales objectives, ensuring successful project delivery and long‐term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Live 3D 360 CCTV across corporate, government, and security sectors. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations with accurate technical specifications. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof‐of‐concept trials for prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, and channel partners. Technical Pre‐Sales Act as the technical expert during customer meetings, bridging client requirements with system capabilities. Gather client requirements and translate them into customized Live 3D 360 CCTV solutions. Prepare and deliver technical documentation, system designs, and integration plans. Stay updated with industry standards, competitors, and emerging CCTV/AI technologies. Project & Customer Support Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of Live 3D 360 CCTV systems. Provide training and onboarding for clients and partners. Offer post‐sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to provide customer feedback for product improvements. Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, opportunities, and market insights. Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and product showcases to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or CCTV/security solutions. Strong understanding of networking, video surveillance, cloud solutions, and AI‐based analytics. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
