Description JOB OBJECTIVE Representing Dusit Hotels & Resorts in Singapore and supporting the company’s commercial goals by driving sales across the corporate, MICE, wholesale, and luxury leisure segments. The role is responsible for developing strategic business plans, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the Singapore market. The Director of Sales will work in close alignment with Dusit’s global sales and marketing strategies and act as a brand ambassador in the market. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Singapore market in alignment with Dusit’s commercial priorities. In addition to Singapore as the primary market, also support Malaysia and Indonesia as secondary markets. Generate Corporate, MICE, and luxury leisure leads and converts them into revenue for Dusit Hotels & Resorts. Represent Dusit in sales activities including client meetings, site inspections, roadshows, exhibitions, and trade shows. Build strong relationships with key accounts, including corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, MICE/event planners, and consortia. Provide monthly market intelligence and competitive analysis reports. Maintain regular communication with the Corporate Director of Global Sales & MICE / Corporate and other relevant internal stakeholders. Promote up-selling and cross-selling of Dusit properties and offerings. Coordinate and co-host client engagement events, such as networking lunches, dinners, and familiarization trips.
