FORM Careers is recruiting for an Associate Director / Senior Associate to lead high-profile international landscape projects. This strategic role focuses on large-scale, design-led developments at the highest level of luxury, appealing to senior professionals ready to take ownership of client relationships and teams. Based in Singapore, the role is within a multi-disciplinary studio recognised for integrating architecture, interiors, and landscape. You will lead client-facing engagements across luxury hospitality, residential, and multi-unit developments in Asia and the Middle East, guiding teams from concept to delivery while mentoring designers and supporting the studio’s growth in the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the client-facing lead for luxury hospitality, mixed-use and multi-unit residential developments across Asia and the Middle East. Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Guide teams from concept through delivery, ensuring strong design intent, technical coordination, and timely execution. Oversee large-scale masterplanning and architectural landscape projects, collaborating with architecture and interiors teams as well as external consultants. Mentor and manage teams, fostering design quality, efficiency, and professional growth. Drive strategic project leadership and support wider studio growth through trusted client partnerships. Support contract negotiations and assist in deal closures. This role offers a fast career growth track for an outstanding candidate. KEY REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience in international landscape architecture with exposure to luxury hospitality and high-end multi-residential sectors. Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale projects beyond planting design, with strength in planning, urban realm, and architectural landscapes.
