Job Title: Creative Space Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Space Designer to conceptualize and develop interior designs for various spaces, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed layout designs that maximize functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal while considering client needs and building regulations.
  • Develop design solutions that meet clients' objectives through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the project's vision and goals.
  • Pursue opportunities to integrate sustainable design principles and eco-friendly materials into projects when possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3D rendering and visualization software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials and furnishings, including textiles, drapery, and decorative elements.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
