Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer located in Singapore. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, managing legal documentation, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents. Daily tasks will include interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial. The Lawyer will also work collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, and Dispute Resolution
Experience in Restructuring and Insolvency, and White-Collar Crime
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Licensed to practice law in Singapore
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
Experience in managing and resolving complex legal issues is an advantage
