The prospective incumbent is required to perform technical drawings with project coordination while also handling commercial or administrative tasks related to project management and documentation.

Responsibilities

Drafting & Technical Support:

  • Prepare, revise and update technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Create drawings, layout plans, and details based on site requirements & design intent
  • Maintain organized drawing records and ensure version control for all documents

Project Administration & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to discuss drawing details and project updates
  • Maintain commercial terms agreements, sales targets, ensuring that all databases are updated on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with project documentation, including progress reports & submissions
  • Manage and maintain project filing systems

Site Support:

  • Provide on-site support, such as coordinating with site teams, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with procurement
  • Help with quantity take-offs and cost estimations for materials
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities

General Duties:

  • Perform any other assigned duties to support the project team's needs

Requirements

  • Possess Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in solar energy environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction standards
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in handling commercial documentation
  • Familiarity with local project submission procedures is preferred
