Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Locum)KAWA-Occupational Therapy and Wellness was founded with the intention to provide gentle, holistic, and meaningful therapy for children and families in Singapore. Inspired by the Kawa Model, our approach considers each child in the context of their relationships, environment, and culture. Our team brings together insights from public healthcare, private clinics, and early intervention settings, integrating these to bridge therapy goals with the realities of daily life. We work in rhythm with each child, creating nurturing spaces for families to feel supported, empowered, and connected through our comprehensive services such as individual OT sessions, developmental screenings, parent support groups, and school partnerships. Role Description We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (Locum)to join our growing clinic. The role focuses on paediatric therapy and includes a strong emphasis on family coaching to empower caregivers in supporting their child’s development. What you will do: Provide paediatric occupational therapy for children with diverse needs (e.g., regulation, sensory processing, school readiness, motor development). Work closely with parents/caregivers to coach and equip them with strategies for daily routines, school readiness, and social participation. Collaborate with other discipline clinicians to deliver integrated, child- and family-centred care. Opportunity to lead and co-facilitate small group programmes (e.g., sensory playgroups, parent–child groups). Contribute to program development and innovative services that bridge therapy with everyday family life. Requirements: Recognized Degree/Master’s in Occupational Therapy. AHPC registration (full). Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children and families. Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong skills in parent/caregiver coaching and partnership.
