Responsibilities Build multi-dimensional business metrics (user, traffic, conversion, revenue), define North Star metric, and deliver dashboards/reports covering 80% of daily data needs Monitor core data daily, conduct anomaly analysis, and establish intelligent monitoring frameworks to quickly identify issues Support strategy design for user acquisition and engagement by quantifying user behaviors and identifying key growth opportunities Optimize app features and traffic funnels through A/B testing to enhance overall user lifetime value (LTV)Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience, as a Senior Data Analyst or similar capacity Proficiency in data analysis tools and databases such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Quick BI, etc Strong knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports.
