Job Description Treasury Advisory & Support Provide strategic guidance on funding approaches for regional initiatives and day-to-day operations. Enhance working capital efficiency and cash flow forecasting. Develop repatriation plans that align with business objectives. Advise joint ventures to ensure financial alignment and robust governance. M&A and Asset Transactions Collaborate with Business Development and M&A teams to support acquisitions and divestitures. Offer insights on valuation, cash flow movements, and tax considerations. Analyze deal structures and identify opportunities for asset optimization. Risk & Compliance Uphold compliance with internal treasury policies and external financial regulations. Identify and manage risks associated with funding, asset transactions, and joint ventures. Work closely with legal, tax, and risk teams to ensure comprehensive oversight and risk mitigation. The Successful Applicant Solid understanding of treasury operations and project financing, with the ability to evaluate financial alternatives using economic principles and analytical tools. Skilled at navigating complex and ambiguous situations, synthesizing diverse information, and proposing creative, risk-aware solutions that balance stakeholder interests. A proactive team player who builds strong relationships across functions and geographies to drive outcomes Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead Treasury workstreams within cross-functional teams.
