Description Assistant/ Deputy Manager (Leadership & Management Training) Join to apply for the Assistant/ Deputy Manager (Leadership & Management Training) role at PSA International Responsibilities: Support and administer the Leadership and Management Training function including upkeep of the leadership development competency framework, conducting training need analysis, formulating and executing training plans, and ensuring governance of training administration. Ensure high training standards and drive continuous improvement in learning quality. Keep abreast of latest leadership and soft-skills learning and development initiatives and explore their applicability in the organisation. Work with stakeholders to review, establish, and develop learning and development competency frameworks. Formulate and execute the annual training budget, plan, and calendar. Monitor and follow up on training evaluation and feedback to measure and enhance training quality and effectiveness. Perform data analytics and reporting on training enrolments and operations. Manage competency frameworks and systems, and implement continuous process improvements. Develop, review, and update training systems, policies, and guidelines. Assist in stakeholder engagement and branding initiatives. Oversee proper documentation and content, and vendor management. Requirements: Possess a degree with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience. Strong project management skills. Strong planning, organisation, and implementation skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong drive for results, self-driven, and value creation focus. Ability to interact with all levels of management. Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable. Good written and verbal communication. Able to work independently and as a team.
