Job Description: As a Beautician Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising a team of beauticians, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining outlet hygiene standards, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of beauticians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest beauty techniques, trends, and products. Monitor and maintain outlet cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of beauty products and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and stock management. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently. Perform beauty treatments and services as needed, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, makeup, and more. Assist in developing promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth. Qualifications: Proven experience as a beautician, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and techniques. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
