Job ID: Responsibilities Drive top-line growth and profitability through cost-effective operations. Collaborate with Senior Management on branch strategy, route planning, manpower, and sales initiatives. Expand logistics coverage and strengthen branch operational networks. Partner with Customer Service Manager to enhance administrative and service efficiency. Serve as the main contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Manage customer complaints, claims, and service inquiries effectively. Promote service excellence and customer satisfaction across the team. Oversee overall branch and warehouse operations, including manpower and performance management. Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and operational standards. Implement process improvements, monitor KPIs, and prepare operational reports. Manage operational costs, collections, and payments efficiently. Maintain accurate stock control and monthly inventory tallies. Manage warehouse assets and implement 5S for operational efficiency. Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve productivity and KPI targets. Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with ISO standards. Oversee contractors and suppliers, including cost negotiations and performance monitoring. Requirements Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, preferably at a middle management level within 3PL operations. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations. Proven success in enhancing productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency through KAIZEN or continuous improvement initiatives. Experienced in developing and implementing SOPs and driving operational excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data for process improvement. A collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach and commitment to exceeding service expectations. Able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
