Who You'll Work With

AI, Insights & Solutions (AIS) , you'll collaborate with a diverse team of analytic and engineering professionals dedicated to solving complex client challenges. We work closely with consultants and clients to develop data-driven strategies and innovative solutions in a collaborative environment that fosters creativity and continuous learning.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and application of technical solutions across industries. Mentor and guide a diverse engineering team through the entire engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying cutting-edge data engineering solutions at a production scale for major companies.
Collaborate with consulting teams to identify and scope software solutions for client problems.
Lead end-to-end technical solution delivery, from architecture to development.
Oversee the software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, reviews, documentation, and testing.
Participate in client advisory activities requiring deep software engineering expertise.
Develop reusable frameworks and components for industry-wide use.
Create a positive work environment to attract top engineers.
Coach clients and partners to improve capabilities and deployment standards.
Promote best practices and share knowledge on software engineering developments.
Drive innovation for client impact.
Act as PD Advisor as needed.
Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts.
Travel approximately 30%.
Location: Singapore (Hybrid).
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in web development, programming, version control, software design, infrastructure, deployment, and testing.
At least 3 years managing software engineers.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Business acumen and understanding of business models.
Experience leading multiple projects and developing junior engineers.
Technical Skills
Proven track record of shipping enterprise AI applications and data analytics products.
Expertise in Python (5+ years), with experience in FastAPI, , Flask.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps, infrastructure as code (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, testing, object-oriented programming, and performance analysis.
Experience with data architecture, database design, scalability, and SQL.
Knowledge of client-side technologies such as React, Angular, , HTML, CSS.
Experience in designing OLTP and OLAP systems for real-time and batch analytics.
Nice to have: AI-driven application development, data security, privacy regulations, cybersecurity, cloud IAM.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
