Medical Laboratory Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Laboratory Professional to join our team. As a Junior Medical Technologist, you will perform routine test procedures in the laboratory with minimal direct supervision.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting new personnel in their training and development.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory levels of all supplies and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Reviewing daily quality control results and discussing any issues with your section manager.
  • Evaluating instrument performance and reporting any malfunctions.

You will also contribute to flexible staffing arrangements, participate in shift duties, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our laboratory operations and help us maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A recognized diploma or certificate in medical laboratory technology or a Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Preferably, at least one year of experience in related medical laboratory work.
