Responsibilities Responsible for data science and analytics related to C-end users, focusing on traffic conversion, user experience optimisation, and risk control rule development. Apply advanced statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to mine user behaviour data, improving user engagement, conversion rates, and retention. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimise user experience and product features. Design and implement strategies to enhance user experience, analyse user feedback, identify experience issues, and optimize ROI of user benefits, increasing overall user satisfaction on the platform. Participate in the development of risk control rules, identify and prevent abnormal behaviors, and ensure the platform’s safety and growth. Support business decisions through data modeling and analysis, driving continuous product iteration and innovation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant fields, with 3+ years of experience in user data analysis, user growth, or risk control. Proficient in SQL, skilled in data analysis and modeling using R/Python. Solid experience in user behaviour analysis, A/B testing, traffic analysis, and conversion rate optimisation, with hands‑on project experience. Excellent business acumen and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new business and technology challenges. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive. Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning; experience in risk modeling or implementing user experience strategies.
