Job Description

Responsibilities
Designing and implementing network and security solutions: design and implement network and security solutions for clients, including configuring routers, switches, wireless, load balancers and other network devices. Racking and stacking network devices. Handle mid-sized to mega-sized projects.
Troubleshooting network and security issues: diagnose and resolve network and security issues during deployment, including investigating connectivity problems, configuration issues, and analyzing network traffic.
Client management: build and maintain relationships with clients, manage expectations, and ensure their needs are met.
Collaboration with other teams: work with project managers and Operations team to ensure on-time network delivery.
Technical documentation: create Low-Level Design, TDS, As-built, UAT and SAT documents and obtain client sign-off for project closure.
