What You'll Be Doing:
As the product owner of OKX options trading, you will set business goals and achieve OKRs set within the wider trading product.
You will help identify traders' pain points and ideate innovative solutions to improve the overall trading experience and increase trading volume of the options product.
Cross-functionally, you will collaborate with different stakeholders and grow the options ecosystem, including but not limited to market makers and structured product issuers.
Together with the team, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, which involves planning, research, analysis, and executing the development plan to bring the product to launch.
What We Look For In You:
Possess a strong interest in Crypto and Options Trading
At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the trading domain
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or computer science is preferred
Possess solid product development, design, and project management skills
You have great logical thinking and communication skills
You are proactive, enthusiastic, passionate, empathetic to users' feedback, and work well in a team setting
Ability to drive and lead projects independently
Nice to Have
Possess a strong understanding of the crypto options trading product landscape
You have past trading experience as a self-employed trader or full-time trader
