ATE Engineer

Overview We are seeking semiconductor test engineers across multiple roles to support testing, characterization, and reliability activities for CPU/GPU products and IPs, across the full product lifecycle from pre-silicon to post-silicon bring-up. 1) ATE Test Development Engineer (Advantest V93000)Responsibilities: Develop and debug test programs on the Advantest V93000 (Verigy 93K) platform; support the full product lifecycle from pre-silicon to post-silicon bring-up. Requirements: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 4–5 years of relevant experience preferred, with 2–3 years in ATE test development on Advantest V93000 (mandatory). Hands-on experience in ATE test flow development, tester/handler operation, and debugging (e.g., shmoo). Proficiency in Unix/Windows with scripting skills in Java, Perl, Python. Knowledge of digital testing concepts; exposure to Scan, BIST, HSIO, or Functional tests is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; self-motivated and independent. Notes: Experience with characterization program development and debug is a plus; bonus experience in Scan, BIST, HSIO, Functional, JTAG, SIDD, or IOSpec tests. 2) SLT Test Development Engineer (System Level Test)Responsibilities: Develop System Level Test (SLT) programs; support the full product lifecycle from pre-silicon to post-silicon bring-up. Requirements: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 2–3 years of experience in SLT, System Validation, Customer Reject Debug, Yield Debug, or System Level Characterization. Strong understanding of modern computer architecture. Proficiency in Unix and Windows, with programming/scripting in Java SE8, Perl, Python, and Unix shell. Familiarity with PCIe, USB, JEDEC (DDR, GDDR, HBM), DisplayPort, HDMI is a strong plus. Self-motivated, independent, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. 3) Product Engineering Engineer Responsibilities: Support semiconductor testing, data analysis, and product validation activities across the full product lifecycle. Requirements: Education: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant experience in product engineering or semiconductor testing. Familiarity with Semiconductor (CMOS) Testing. Knowledge of PC systems (basic motherboard configuration, Windows OS, BIOS settings). Hands-on experience with ATE (Advantest 93K) operation, debug, and data collection features. Data analysis skills, including basic proficiency with statistical tools (SQL, JMP, etc.). Familiarity with DFT concepts (ATPG, BIST, etc.) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and independent. 4) HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life) Engineer Responsibilities: Lead and drive product reliability activities from first silicon to mass production qualification. Requirements: Education: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant experience in product reliability, HTOL, or semiconductor testing. Lead, plan, and execute Product Reliability Engineering / HTOL activities across the product lifecycle. Develop and implement product characterization and test coverage programs based on test points and search parameters. Lead and drive debug of DFT Scan/ATPG, MBIST, and array test failures; collaborate with Device Analysis teams using scan diagnostics and MBIST bitmapping. Support debug of other IPs such as HBM and HSIO failures as needed. Extract and analyze volume test data to support product reliability studies and qualification. Contribute to Product Engineering improvement activities across products as part of horizontal team functions. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; self-motivated and independent. 5) Technician Responsibilities: Support ATE, SLT, and HTOL engineering activities; ensure smooth execution of test programs and product qualification tasks. Requirements: Education: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 3–5 years in semiconductor test or engineering support. Proficiency in Unix/Windows environments and basic scripting knowledge (Java, Perl, Python) preferred. Familiarity with ATE, SLT, or HTOL operations is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; self-motivated and independent. 6) ATE Test Engineer (CPU/GPU)Responsibilities: Develop and validate test programs for CPU/GPU products and IPs, supporting the full product lifecycle from characterization to post-manufacturing. Education & Experience: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with CPU/GPU products or IPs. Experience with Test IPs (Scan, MBIST, Functional, Analog-Mixed Signals, High-Speed I/O) and DFT concepts. Experience in OSAT qualification, manufacturing support, and statistical data analysis. Technical Skills: Test development on Verigy 93K, including flow design, pattern/debug, and failure analysis. Hands-on experience with ATE testers and handlers. Proficiency in Unix/Windows and scripting (Java, Perl, Python). Strong understanding of digital testing concepts. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute pattern bring-up, characterization, HTOL, and package qualification. Develop, validate, and release ATE test programs; align testpoints and define VID bucketing. Collaborate with Package, HWI, and design teams for hardware and content readiness. Plan and execute sample deliveries, yield attainment, and test time optimization. Support RMA debug and drive quality improvements to meet target DPPM. Support manufacturing and post-manufacturing product lifecycle activities. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; self-motivated and independent.
