Job Title: Program Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall support for operations, coordination, and general office administration.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they should be proactive and positive with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Courses and Coordination
- Planning and Improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Coordinating with Trainers and Stakeholders
- Providing Training for New Trainers
- Offering Customer Service, Support, and Guidance to Enquiries
- Providing Simple IT Support to Trainees and Stakeholders
- Planning and Organizing Regular Business Reviews
- Assisting in the Preparation of Monthly Reports and Updates for Senior Management
- Assisting in Career Placement and Liaising with Relevant Parties
- Developing and Maintaining a Filing System
- Providing Support in Project Research Work
- Assisting in the Planning and Organizing of Eco-Systems, Internal Engagements, and Transformation Initiatives
- Supporting the Commercialization of Products and Solutions
- Providing Support in the Marketing and Promotions of the Business Innovation Centre
- Offering After-Course and During-Course Support
- Able to Follow Up on Claims and Collect Fees
- Able to Travel to Branches
- Ensuring Smooth Day-to-Day Operations
- Simple Bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in Any Discipline
- Good Communication Skills and Excellent Command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and Positive Mentality, Creative with Excellent Presentation, Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Able to Work Independently and as a Team Player
- Ability to Lead the Team and Demonstrate Good Initiative
- Prior Experience in Operations and Office Administration Preferred
- Prior WSQ Claim and Operation Experience Preferred
