Marketing Visionary: Senior Regional Leader
The right candidate will lead our marketing initiatives across the APAC region. We are looking for a proactive leader with strong digital marketing expertise and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive regional performance.
  • Manage social media campaigns, including testing innovative formats through A/B tests.
  • Initiate new initiatives to achieve defined goals, demonstrating innovation and ownership.
Digital Marketing & AI Competency
  • Translate global marketing strategy into actionable regional plans tailored to the APAC region's unique needs.
  • Define regional objectives and budgets, establishing clear KPIs to track and continuously improve performance.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools, particularly in lead generation and AI-powered marketing strategies.
Global Marketing Leadership Team
  • As part of the global marketing leadership team, help shape and advance the global marketing strategy.
  • Serve as the voice of the APAC region in global and cross-regional forums.
  • Engage with counterparts in EMEA and North America to share plans, learnings, and best practices.
Sales Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with the APAC Sales Leadership Team to reflect regional market dynamics.
  • Work in close partnership with regional sales leaders to understand commercial goals.
  • Align regularly with Product Marketing and Business Unit teams to synchronize campaign planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years B2B marketing experience.
- Proven success in digital marketing, including campaign strategy and execution.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and regional platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing and commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization.
