Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our EHS team as an Admin Support Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tender Queries and Reporting: Prepare and coordinate tender queries, reports, and other documents to ensure seamless operations.
  • Document Management: Maintain, update, and control EHS documents, including policies, procedures, and training records.
  • Compliance and Tracking: Monitor and track compliance with regulatory requirements and internal EHS policies.
  • Incident Response: Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions to minimize disruptions.
  • Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate EHS training programs, ensuring timely completion.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate EHS information to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in data analysis and reporting of EHS metrics and performance to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Education: A GCE A-Level or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in EHS administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with EHS regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OSHA).
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and software proficiency skills.
