Overview
Job Description:
The Academic Affairs Office, housed within the Office of the Provost, plays a critical role in advancing academic excellence and supporting the professional growth of faculty members across the university. This position reports to the Vice Provost (Academic Affairs), who supports the Provost in overseeing academic governance, faculty affairs, and institutional academic policy.
As a Senior Manager, you will take on a strategic and operational role, working closely with senior academic leadership to coordinate academic processes, implement institutional policies, and contribute to faculty-focused initiatives that shape the university's academic future.

Qualifications
- A recognised degree with at least 8–10 years of relevant experience in academic administration, HR, education policy, or institutional planning
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication abilities, with strong presentation and writing skills
- Professionalism, and sound judgement in handling confidential or sensitive matters
- Familiarity with academic structures, faculty affairs, or higher education governance is an advantage
