Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with expertise in AI and video analytics to drive business growth and innovation.

  • Conduct market research to identify demand, growth opportunities, and competitive threats for defense products using AI technologies.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable insights to inform strategic product direction and commercial planning.
  • Provide senior leadership with data-driven reports on market trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure compliance for advanced networks, sensors, and AI technologies by managing certification processes and adhering to industry regulations.
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitive positioning for networks, sensors, and AI-based solutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for advanced networks, sensors, and AI products targeting regional and global markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in Digitalisation, AI, and Data Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI technologies and/or video analytics.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and leadership abilities.
