Job Title : IT Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to staff, resolving issues with IT systems, hardware, and office equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with computers, printers, scanners, and network systems.
  • Work closely with HR to provision and de-provision IT equipment for new hires and departing staff.
  • Log and manage support requests with relevant vendors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Conduct regular checks on network performance and data security.
  • Repair and replace equipment when necessary to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and software licenses.
  • Work with various systems, including InfoTech HR System, Microsoft platforms, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
Requirements
  • Possess a Local Diploma or equivalent in IT.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Solid technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with InfoTech HR System, Microsoft suite, AutoCAD, and ERP platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills to work effectively across teams and with vendors.
