Job details Job type: Full-time Location Macpherson Road Full job description I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work Oversee construction projects, including attending site meetings and inspections. Regularly report on project progress and monitor the schedule. Ensure projects are completed on time and with the necessary certifications. II- Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage and supervise all assigned projects, including cost control and manpower allocation, ensuring work is completed according to contract terms. Attend site meetings to track project status and protect the company’s interests, ensuring meeting minutes are accurate. Work with Architects and Consultants to provide updates on work progress, technical compliance, and variation claims. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project progress and budget. Coordinate maintenance of fire protection systems during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
