Software Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to lead our software development efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development using Microsoft technologies and enterprise application solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing user requirements and proposing overall solution designs, including UI, Application layers, and Database design using industry-standard design patterns.
  • Developing programs according to approved designs and requirements using .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, Ajax, JavaScript), SQL Server, and related tools.
  • Experience working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or MSSQL.
  • Ensuring adherence to Quality Management Systems for project implementation.
  • Providing advice on complex CRM/Business Central business cases and proposing comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties, and customizations.
  • Demonstrating CRM/Business Central solution capabilities to clients.
  • Conducting business process analysis and creating Fit/Gap reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent.
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant working experience in software development using Microsoft technologies and enterprise application solutions.
  • Proficient in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, Ajax, JavaScript), Visual Studio, SQL Server, and web services development; experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or MSSQL; strong understanding of solution design patterns and architecture standards; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central is essential.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to conduct business process analysis and present solutions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or related Microsoft certifications preferred.
