Associate Director, Business Manager, Treasury COO (Singapore, India)The Associate Director, Business Manager, Treasury COO will support the team in driving business management activities, including non‐financial risk management and oversight, treasury business support, governance and committee operations, and risk control self‐assessment. The role serves as a trusted partner to Treasury leadership, providing insights and operational support to enhance business efficiency. Scope of Role Non‐financial risk in Treasury for Group, cluster, country for Capital, Liquidity, IRRBB, FTP and RRP excluding Treasury Markets. Non‐financial Risk Management and Oversight Drive implementation and oversight of non‐financial risk policies in Treasury and embed controls across relevant risk frameworks. Ensure new initiatives and programmes are embedded in processes and governance framework. Continuously review and enhance existing control frameworks. Treasury Business Support Manage and act as single point of contact for operational initiatives such as resilience, business continuity, OCIR, EUC support, and audit support. Governance / Committees Support and provide input to Treasury non‐financial risk committees and forums. Risk Control Self‐Assessment (RCSA)Drive periodic RCSA and embed controls across risk frameworks. Ensure RCSA framework is embedded across Treasury, including Group, cluster and country level. Evaluate adequacy of mitigating controls for critical processes. Oversee independent control testing and effectiveness of control metrics. Enhance system capability and automation for MI/Reporting. Monitor, detect, and mitigate operational risk and losses. Review top risks and associated tolerances regularly. Monitor non‐financial risk, operational events and near misses. Escalate issues appropriately. Provide feedback and direction on operational risk events and remediation. Manage non‐financial risk reporting capabilities. Support stakeholders in root‐cause review and learning. Lead or support in defining treatment plans and monitor implementation. Partnership with Stakeholders Engage effectively with Treasury process owners, their teams, and second‐line and third‐line representatives.
