Job Details Location : Jurong Position : Service Ambassador – 2 pax Contract period : 1 year Salary ranges from $2,800 – $3,800 per month depending on qualifications and relevant working experience. Responsibilities Welcome and engage walk-in customers to understand their needs Providing clear and concise information regarding the various services offered by the Police Division Assessing the urgency and nature of inquiries or reports to prioritize assistance accordingly Directing customers to the respective departments, officers, or resources best suited to address their concerns Assisting customers in contacting and establishing communication with relevant departments or personnel Collaborating with existing staff to ensure a seamless service and efficient workflow Guide walk-in customers to lodge online police reports on the e-kiosk Working Hours & Rest Days Monday to Fri : Saturday & Sundays : Individual Weekly Hours: 3 working days × 10.5 hours + 2 x 0.5 workday days x 6 hours = 43.5 hours per week 3 rest days per week Rest Days Summary: Week 1: SA 1 (Tue, Fri, Sat), SA 2 (Wed, Sat, Sun), SA 3 (Mon, Thu, Sun)Week 2: SA 1 (Mon, Thu, Sun), SA 2 (Tue, Fri, Sat), SA 3 (Wed, Sat, Sun)Week 3: SA 1 (Tue, Fri, Sun), SA 2 (Mon, Thu, Sat), SA 3 (Wed, Sat, Sun)Key Features Both sites covered: Every day, both sites have staff Fair rotation: Each person works at both sites equally Balanced workload: 48 hours/week with 3 rest days 3-week cycle: Pattern repeats every 3 weeks Apply If you meet the requirements, please submit your resume directly to EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
