What You'll Do: Deliver warm, professional, and timely customer service through online, phone, and in-person interactions. Coordinate customer orders and ensure seamless communication between operations and delivery teams. Manage appointment scheduling, delivery coordination, and customer feedback. Handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring every customer leaves delighted. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency. Use basic computer systems to process orders, update records, and generate simple reports. Participate actively in ongoing training to continually enhance your skills and knowledge. What We're Looking For: Diploma or higher in any discipline. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts). Strong communication and coordination skills with a genuine passion for helping people. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools. A positive, can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and grow. Prior experience in customer service, call center, or front-desk roles is an advantage. Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
