Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering innovative SAP solutions that drive financial excellence and business transformation. This position requires strong expertise in Finance & Controlling (FICO), integration with related modules, and end-to-end SAP implementations , with the ability to provide both consulting and solution design services to clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and advise on industry best practices in Finance & Controlling within SAP. Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions. Provide consulting expertise to internal and external stakeholders on SAP FICO processes and integration points. Design, configure, and implement solutions for GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, banking interfaces and intercompany transactions. Deliver strong expertise in CO-PA, CO-PCA, Cost Center, Internal Orders, and Project Accounting, including product costing. Prepare functional specifications, support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and facilitate training sessions. Oversee project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with Activate methodology (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover). Provide seamless integration with other SAP modules and support project handovers. Mentor junior consultants and guide clients in achieving their business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. 6–12 years of SAP FICO implementation experience (minimum 2 large projects or 4–10 medium projects). Strong domain expertise in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, banking interfaces and intercompany processes. Proven experience in CO-PA, CO-PCA, Cost Center, Internal Orders and product costing (2–4 projects minimum). Hands-on knowledge in SAP IDOC design/testing, data migration and documentation. Experience with Activate methodology and leading workshops. Strong problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills. Knowledge of S/4 HANA Enterprise Management, Cloud ALM or SAP Cloud ERP implementation is an advantage. Pharmaceutical industry knowledge or SOX compliance understanding is a plus.
