Your Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandising Designer to join our team and bring our toys to life through captivating in-store displays and merchandising strategies. You will be responsible for designing and executing eye-catching, innovative, and effective visual merchandising displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand's identity and messaging are consistently represented in all retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and Execution - Develop and implement creative visual merchandising concepts, including window displays, in-store setups, product presentations, and point-of-purchase displays
• Brand Representation - Ensure all merchandising displays reflect the brand's image, values, and messaging, creating a cohesive and engaging customer experience
• Market Trends - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform and enhance visual merchandising strategies
• Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align merchandising efforts with overall brand and marketing objectives
• Store Visits - Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are maintained, provide training to store staff on display setups, and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience or education in visual merchandising, preferably within the toy or retail industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Well-rounded skills in logo design, layouts and typography
• Deep knowledge of the Adobe Suite, with demonstrated expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of current merchandising trends and best practices
