About the DepartmentWe are building and expanding the best digital bank in ASEAN. Traditional retail banking is changing rapidly, and we fundamentally rethink the retail banking strategy, business model and proposition to stay relevant. TMRW (pronounced as “tomorrow”) empowers the digital generation with a full suite of banking solutions through a smart, mobile-only app. Our mission is to build and expand the best digital bank in ASEAN. TMRW offers innovative and simple solutions to help customers stay one step ahead of their finances, powered by next-generation artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and user interface design.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Content Designer for the Private Bank digital experience at UOB, you will craft compelling and user-centric UX content for our consumer digital services across Southeast Asia. Collaborating closely with UX designers, researchers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will deliver high-quality content across various projects.
Design clear, intuitive, and user-centered UX content for our consumer apps across the region, adhering to our content design principles.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to frame problems and deliver outstanding user experiences for Private Bank customers.
Serve as the voice of content design within your project.
Work alongside localization managers to ensure projects are accurately localized.
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the knowledge base of the wider design team.
Job Requirements5+ years of experience in a writing or editorial role in English.
Proven experience in content design or UX writing as part of a digital product team.
Exceptional collaboration skills across various design disciplines.
Experience in managing your own time effectively.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar applications.
Awareness of plain language standards is a plus.
Knowledge of Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Vietnamese is advantageous but not required.
Mindset: Work collaboratively with your team, actively seeking information to fully comprehend problems and their intricacies.
