Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: We are looking for Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, performance, and security while supporting infrastructure modernisation and automation initiatives. You will design, implement, and maintain virtualisation platforms, Windows Server environments, and hybrid cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure. The engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects, enhance automation capabilities, and provide advanced technical support to maintain business continuity. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: South, Singapore Job Type: Contract Salary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS Key Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and optimise virtualisation platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V). Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Deploy, monitor, and maintain Azure resources (VMs, Storage, Networking, Backup) Implement and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure and migration projects. Ensure systems are patched, secured, and compliant with standards. Manage enterprise backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions. Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) for operational efficiency. Monitor infrastructure health using observability tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, ELK). Provide L2/L3 technical support and perform root cause analysis for incidents. Document processes, configurations, and system changes thoroughly. Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration and Active Directory. Hands-on expertise in Azure infrastructure (compute, storage, networking). Proven experience managing virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting. Familiarity with backup and DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup). Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
