About the Binance Accelerator Program
The
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)
is a short-term, hands-on opportunity for early-career talent to explore the world of Web3. Participants will get to work directly on real projects with experienced teams, network with professionals, and develop career-building skills. Learn more about the BAP Program HERE.
Key Responsibilities
Help build and maintain backend software applications.
Write, test, and fix code with team support.
Join IT team discussions and share ideas.
Create and update technical documents.
Troubleshoot and fix software issues.
Attend regular team meetings.
Learn and research new tools and technologies related to Web3.
Requirements
Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science or a related field.
Basic skills in programming languages like
Java, Python, or C++ .
Understanding of how software is built and maintained.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn fast and use new technologies.
Careful attention to detail and quality.
